Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from Crafty Girl Gang.  You should understand that by ordering any products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Welcome to Crafty Girl Gang
Making custom handmade items to order.  Each design will have a slight variation due to the custom handmade work and love that goes into every order.

PAYMENT
CGG accepts most major forms of payment. 

LEAD TIME
Because each piece is made to order, our lead time is order specific and can range from 1 - 3 weeks depending on size and design complexity.  You will be notified if your order will take longer than 3 weeks.

Tumblers

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on custom tumblers. Production time is 14 to 21 days from order placement. Time does not include holidays, weekends, and shipping time. All items are created with love by hand and may come with minor imperfections. No two cups are completely alike and it’s what makes your cup unique! Shipping confirmation including tracking number will be provided as the time of shipment.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on custom orders.  If you are not happy with your order, please email craftygirlgang.official@gmail.com to further discuss.

All changes on orders must be made within 48 hours.
